Childcare for Friday setup volunteers!
NBGC has offered to watch children (preK-3 and up) in after-care until 6pm and babysitting after 6pm. If you need this service, please email friendsofbateman@gmail.com by October 23rd so we can get the names of children over to NBGC!
Please sign up to VOLUNTEER for BOOOsterfest on Friday (for set-up) and Saturday (set-up and event). This is Bateman's largest event of the year so it means all hands on deck! Every volunteer receives 3 tickets to use at BOOOsterfest! Volunteer your time AND have a bit of fun!

Seats are in Sect 107, Rows D & E on the aisle. Parking is also included! (Valued at $1186).

TRUNKS WANTED!
Bateman Boosters is hosting our first Trunk or Treat event immediately after BOOOsterfest on October 26, 2024 starts at 2:00pm in the school parking lot. Instead of kids going house to house to Trick or Treat, kids will go car to car to Trunk or Treat! We need volunteers willing to decorate their cars, provide candy and pass it out. TICKTETS
Pricing and Tickets: Our pre-sale ticket link is live! We hope this will make it easier for everyone to come and enjoy the day without waiting in ticket lines. They can be picked up at Will Call on the day of the event. There will still be plenty of great free activities with entry, so don’t worry! We also encourage attendees to bring cash for cheaper purchases, as food from vendors must be bought separately (no tickets accepted).
